Educational activities of Sakurambo Nursery School include:
1. Enrichment of artistic education
Through musical ensemble, chorus, and pianica, we familiarize the child to music and develop his concentration and perseverance. By inviting a teacher in fine arts and production, we cultivate the child to achieve excellence in his ability to observe and sense for the arts.
2. Physical development
Through physical education (skipping rope, mat exercises, metal rod, dance), we strive to guide the child to achieve health and physical strength as well as learn rules while fostering cooperative relations with his friends.
3. Interaction with other cultures
By allowing him the opportunity to interact with foreigners and foreign languages, we teach the child to think with an unbiased, global perspective in a world where different countries and races coexist.
4. Academic guidance
Without imposition through games, we guide the child so that he will gain interest in the study of letters and numbers.
5. Outdoor activities
Through our own outdoor education and through joint events with other institutions, we develop the sensibility of the child by giving him impressions and stimuli to the five senses in exciting experiential learning activities.
6. Quality improvement of teachers
